Meet Our Team

Dr. Belnap is a double board-certified specialist in the fields of Pain Management and Rehabilitation.

He completed his undergraduate training at Brigham Young University in Provo, UT and medical school at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ.

He then completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington DC followed by a fellowship in Pain Management at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California.

He first became interested in IV therapy when his daughter developed a serious gastrointestinal condition that made it difficult to absorb nutrients the traditional way.

He saw firsthand the benefits of IV therapy and this experience inspired him to incorporate this service into his medical practice to benefit the community.

Although Mary Anne has 20 years of experience in the medical field, she first became aquatinted with IV nutritional therapy as a patient.

She is passionate about pure ingredients, patient experience, safety, and results - because she knows what it feels like to be on the other end.

As many patients know, the medical field has lots of prescription drug options with side effects, and less offered solutions that work in tandem with the body.

Mary Anne loves to help patients actually feel better.

She also has experience in Pain Management, Hospice, Triage, and Nursing in El Salvador. She speaks passable Spanish and is learning German.
